This is coming up in abundance on a recently disturbed site in Morris County.


This plant is coming up in my garden and I can’t tell if it’s a weed or something I planted.


Does anyone know what this plant is? The picture was taken near the headwaters of the Metolius River in Camp Sherman, Oregon. Thank you
