Learn how eating from nature’s garden can add deliciousness to the modern dining table. A book signing to follow.
Come early and visit the special exhibition Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture. Ticket holders will receive free admission to the exhibition from 5:45–6:15 pm. The talk will tie in ancient foods and cultures to wild plants around us today.
