Honored that wild American sumac has risen out of the shadows of confusion with poison sumac and been selected for the Ark of Taste. American sumac  will be one of several locally significant products showcased at this discussion and tasting,  a collaboration between MOFAD and Slow Foods. Kick off the New Year with a boost of sumac-ade antioxidants.
