Growing in a moist spot, near joepye. About 3-4′ tall.
In a swampy area. Plant was more or less laying on the ground so I don’t know if it is a shrub or a vine.

I so hope this is native Karl, it was beautiful. Have never seen one before, almost like cotton..along the Delaware Canal. A type of Salix??
